Designing for Love Stories
Bridal bouquets have always been something I’ve been drawn to. Before I ever created one for a real bride, I was already experimenting with different styles through photo shoots and creative setups. It was something I knew I wanted to be a part of – I just didn’t know how meaningful it would become.

The first bridal bouquet I created for an actual bride was for a distant cousin of mine. She had seen the work I was posting and trusted me to design something for one of the most important days of her life. That moment meant everything to me. Seeing her reaction when she held her bouquet, and how much she genuinely loved it, was something I’ll never forget. It was the first time I truly felt what it meant to be part of someone’s special moment in that way. That experience was what really sparked my journey into bridal florals.
Since then, bridal bouquets have become my favourite part of what I do. There’s something so special about knowing that something you created will be held during such an emotional and meaningful moment. Every bouquet carries a story, and being trusted with that is something I never take lightly.

One of the things I love most is the creativity that comes with designing each bouquet. There are so many different styles, from classic round bouquets to cascading designs, and more modern, unstructured looks. Personally, dimensional bouquets are my favourite. I love how organic and free they feel – there’s no strict structure, and it allows for so much creativity and movement. That being said, every bride is different, and my approach is always to design based on their vision. Whether they want something timeless and structured or something more unique and expressive, I always aim to bring their ideas to life.
Bridal florals are such an important part of a wedding, as they help set the overall tone and aesthetic of the day. As noted in this guide to wedding bouquet styles, different bouquet shapes and designs can completely transform the look and feel of a wedding. I always keep this in mind when working with brides, ensuring that their bouquet complements not only their dress, but the entire atmosphere of their day. Additionally, trends in wedding florals are constantly evolving, which is why staying inspired through sources like bridal floral trend inspiration is so important in this industry.
